If something comes up that prohibits my regular cleaner from coming, they always have someone that arrives at the same time and is just as professional. There have only been a couple of cases that I pointed out to our cleaner that I would like something done differently and she has been welcoming of my comments. Good business I would recommend. Calico has been cleaning my vacation rental property since I purchased it over a year ago. They do a great job and are very professional. Being that I dont live in town I love that I can rely on them for help with lawn care and snow plowing, as well. The owner Kathy goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are happy. Kathy and her team are professionals. Not only do they do a great cleaning job, they go out of their way to be responsive to our specific needs. They always figure out a way to say yes.
