Can not say enough about the attention to service I received from Jared during our initial purchase. Questions were answered. It was NOT your typical shopping experience where someone takes your order and money and you are on your way. The delivery of the shed was a unique experience. Watching the unloading was similar to watching a choreographed dance between the driver, his truck trailer and the three wheeled lift. It wasn't an easy location to place the shed, but the driver made it look like an everyday occurrence. Had a small issue with a board with a knot in it. The knot split which compromised the shelf it was supporting . Jared was contacted and soon showed up to check the issue. Within an hour or a little longer the board was replaced with a new board, problem solved. You can't ask for any better service. It would be nice if all businesses operated this way. When my wife and I began searching for a shed to purchase we knew very little about quality of the products. We attended a home and garden show in Logan. There we met Jared Harris of Cache Valley Sheds. He was very knowledgeable about his product and also about competitors’ products. He pointed out the advantages of Old Hickory Sheds. After shopping other brands, we decided on the Old Hickory shed and ordered from Jared. The shed we chose was an 8 by 12 barn type shed. Jared told me how to prepare the site for the shed and after I had completed the site, the shed was delivered a few days later. The man who delivered the shed was very skilled and professional. I purchased this shed to contain building tools and supplies for a new house. It's a 10 by 16 foot. It was promptly and professionally delivered and placed exactly where I needed it. I had some minor problems with the doors. They came out promptly and made adjustments and repairs, great customer service. When the house was completed and the shed was empty, I finished the interior and made it into a guest house. Everyone who visits Love's to stay there for the night.

We bought a 12x16 building from Cache Valley Sheds and Jarod was a pleasure to work with. We have been pleased with the building and would highly recommend them for your building needs.
