Two Men and a Truck Durham

This is the second time I have used Two Men and a Truck and they were awesome, again! Tyrone happened to be assigned to both of my moves, and was so helpful in walking me through the process both times. Jorge and him were fast and efficient and moved everything safely- including my rather heavy dresser that was the reason I hired them to begin with! Great experience. The 2 young men that helped our office move were great. In addition to moving us out of old office and into the new one, we asked them to move a couple of extra things around that were already stored in the furnished office we were moving into and they did that for us and did it with a great attitude! Moved this past weekend using Two Men and a Truck, and I have to say I was honestly beyond impressed with the level of service and professionalism they provided.
The office staff is competent, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. They made the process of getting a detailed quote quick, easy, and crystal clear. They reach out multiple times leading up to the move to confirm it, and reach out during the service window to ask how the move is proceeding too.
The moving team were rockstars; I'd packed all of my own boxes (they'll do that too, if you want), but even so I didn't expect the whole process would be so quick! From start to finish the whole thing took 2 hours (I only moved a short distance, but it was still less than I expected). And they maintained their professionalism despite having to haul my stuff up to the third floor where my new unit is.

They got stuck because they didn't come to the door and ask me where I wanted them to come to the door and instead of getting loaded at 10 AM it was 12 before another truck came to pull him out so I was very late getting to my new home and exhausted when I got my bed made I went straight to it..they were very apologetic and very nice .guys..I always use Two Men and a Truck when I move. Two Men and a Truck was a life saver for me. I did an in-home move for carpet replacement, I had some items that the installers would not move, my installation was rescheduled three times by the carpet folks, so I had to reschedule as many times with these folks. I worked primarily with Billie out of the Durham office and she was so patient with my numerous changes. The movers were courteous and professional. I could not have asked for a better experience! My team was James, Martonio and William. They arrived on time, asked to perform a walk-through before starting and set to work. They packed everything with care, asked questions when needed, and loaded everything expertly on the truck. On arrival to our new home, they again asked for a walk-through and brought everything still wrapped and boxed to the new location.
