We arrived home from the holiday at 9pm to see water gushing all over our first floor. We were panicked. Mark arrived in 45 minutes and fixed the leak. He had a smile on his face the ENTIRE time. He was in our home from 11:30 pm until 3:30 am. He let us know what he was doing and why every step of the way.
I cannot recommend him highly enough. Very professional, polite and efficient. Hard to find someone to do things right these days. Call Mark.
