Hi, I called today to get some information about having my assistant sign into my account. Simon walked me through it and was so helpful, he also corrected a misspelling. I made, Cynthia invitation to my assistant again and put my link for lent track into my existing website. The best experience!

Simon with BLB was a tremendous help to me today on our Zoom call. He was patient with me all the way through the call, as he understood that I was not tech savvy. I was impressed with his technical expertise and how he helped me navigate through the problems that I was having in setting up a website, etc. Thank you Simon!

I had expected a little help today from Chariza (BLB Support Staff) and WOW! She modified and set up Facebook & Linkedin for me. While watching and listening to her I was amazed. Hi there! I am a seasoned baby-boomer and I recently enrolled with BLB and completed the orientation and onboarding process with a couple of different team members (Antoinette L. and Josef R.) Yes, there was and is a lot of information to process, programs to navigate through, and new technology to embrace. With that being said though, I have to confess. What has kept me grounded and adamant about not listening to the voices in my head repeating, 'you cannot do this by yourself' is Oz's sometimes daily emails of various team members successes, coupled with his own powerful yet simplistic words of encouragement! Orientation was seamless with Antoinette's guidance, and I was up and running pretty quickly with no real hiccups! At the time I got on the call with Samantha, BLB tech support expert, I had already gone through a hectic Tuesday night and Wednesday morning, so although my specific issue wasn't resolved (my fault, not theirs), I very much appreciated the patience shown to me by Samantha, and the courtesy which she extended to me, even though I was late for our call.
