Overall it’s a great option for staying on AIP or any specific diet. I stopped using it because it’s pricey and occasionally I would get a meal I didn’t like and at the price point it’s hard to take

The food was delicious, healthy, and delivered to my house. Similar pricing to big box heat and eat meal service but you get fresh food instead of frozen! Better value in my opinion.

Cornelius is extremely creative in his recipes. His kitchen is able to cater to all special considerations ( vegan, gluten free, halal) which is rare and makes him a very unique caterer!

Some highlights of my experience:

- unlike a lot of services I have used in the past I did NOT have to decide between prioritizing plant-based or gluten-free there were plenty of options that were both
- I was able to accommodate all my dietary needs ordering directly off the pre-made menu without asking for any special modifications (So very rare for me)
- there were actually gluten-free dessert options and they were YUMMY
- they delivered directly to my doorstep, within the window of time they communicated
- everything was ready to eat and even included condiments in some cases

The FISH TACOS were a big hit as was the family style lamb chop dinner, LAMB CHOPS were tender and flavorful and the CAULIFLOWER mash was so creamy I couldn’t believe they weren’t potatoes. The high protein CHILI was phenomenal; hearty, tasty with the right amount of spice and the chicken was a unique twist. Cornelius has been a game changer for me. I've been more serious about being active in the gym for the past few months and was struggling with eating the right foods because of how bland it usually tastes.
