Little bit of a drive. Wish they had an office in the southtowns. Overall, it was worth it in the end because I got some answers to a hip problem that I had for 2 years that nobody else was able to find.

My shoulder had been giving me problems ever since I fell several years ago. I went to my doctor and they said I had a partial tear in one of my muscles. I went to physical therapy for 3 months with hardly any changes. Then I had a cortisone shot that was suppose to relieve the pain, but that didn't work. A friend told recommended this office, so I decided to give it a try and I am so glad I did. From the start, all my questions were answered and I had quite a few of them after everything I've been through. The receptionists were amazing to work with. They made the whole process seamless. My shoulder is feeling so much better. I can raise it without any pain and I don't hear the crunching noise I use to hear when I move my arm around.

I finally felt like someone listened to me. After going to my doctor and another specialist, I felt like I was getting the run around. People telling me things to do without reading my reports from my other doctors. Buffalo Arthritis and Joint Pain Center was thorough and didn't rush me along. Thank you!

After being told I needed a knee replacement and that it was my only option, I wanted to get a second opinion. Iv'e had so many friends who had surgery and were never the same afterwards. My experience here has been great! The staff has been more than helpful on several occasions, wait time minimal, and they treat me like family. The best part is I understand what my options are and have decided to try a non-surgical option to relieve my pain. I live alone and want to be able to continue to be independent and have an active lifestyle. Within the first month, I have noticed about 80% relief!
