From day one starting with the estimate Dillion Smith was extremely knowledgeable, obviously experienced, patient with my pending project timeline and beyond professional. Both Dillion and the project manager Mr. Johnny were great communicators, thoroughly answered all of my questions and then some, personable people with extraordinary customer service. I’m a contractor in Maryland and Pennsylvania but we do not do roofing. I had to get a roof put on the week after we closed on a house down here and Dillion and his crew made it happen. Very good experience.

Very professional, Oscar and his crew were efficient, skillful and respectful. They did a wonderful job. Whole roof was completed in a day. They gently moved potted plants and outdoor furniture to prevent damage. Once done everything was properly replaced. They put tarps down to catch all old materials. Once the tarps were picked up they went all around my house picking up scraps of old roofing. Continually going around with a magnet to pick up all the old nails while the project was in progress. My roof was brought up to new code as required. Project manager John insured the quality of work and both he and Oscar kept me informed of the progress. We called several roofing companies within a few weeks. But when we met with Dillon from Buckworth roofing we knew we had finally found the right one. From his professionalism to his manors and kindness it promised a pleasant experience. I was very happy when the shingles arrived and Dillon called to make sure. Which is the highest rating of stars, the left end or right end. They are not numbered 1 to 5. I picked one that was the right end thinking that was 5 the best but I’m not sure. A very efficient crew.

The roofing team worked hard and did an excellent job. The only negative, which may have been caused by supply chain issues is that the materials arrived a great deal later than was originally stated by Buckworth. This is the only reason that I am not giving a 5 star rating

Buckworth roofing were very professional, they started the job at 8am and were done by 4:30 . Tear off and repaired any decking that was bad, then installed new roofing. After the roof was done they did a great job cleaning up the area and picking up nails. They came back after a few days to make sure we were happy with the job and the service that was given. I am a tough customer and we had a tough job with a few hiccups. While I was not 100% thrilled with how long it took, I am VERY happy with the work and feel secure in the integrity of my siding, roof repairs, and new Portico. I will also say that despite the schedule delays, the lines of communication were wide open and I always knew that I would reach someone.

Roofing is clearly where Buckworth shines and no good deed goes unpunished and so is true here. We were in dire straits (before Buckworth arrived) and needed someone to close a 10 foot gaping hole in our house. Dillion was there that day and dried us in so we could actually move back into our bedroom. I am grateful for them for allowing us to get back to normal.
