It was just a pleasure to have our roofing job done by Buckworth Roofing. The manager is one of my husband’s former football players/students- Dillion Smith of Jay, Florida. As teachers, we tried to help mold our students to be good citizens and a benefit to society. We don’t always get to see our “finished products” after they graduate, so one can imagine how proud we were of Dillion to see him as a successful business man in our community.
A few reasons Dillion Smith’s roofing business is a success is his impeccable character, his ability to establish a good rapport with his clients, and his reasonable price for the roofing services. Initially, he took the time to explain the differences between the kinds of shingles and characteristics of each, especially how they would hold up during a storm or hurricane. During post-construction, Dillion informed us about the documents associated with our new roof that he would be sending to us, so we could show our homeowner’s insurance company the information on secondary water barriers and wind mitigation and the policy discounts that could be obtained.
Dillion truly cares about the customer’s satisfaction. Oscar, Buckworth’s foreman, kept us informed about the crew’s findings, the plan of action, and the progress throughout the day. Oscar and the crew worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner. We were so impressed that they cleaned up the job site at the end of each day.
