Buckets & Bows Maid Service

First time I’ve ever had a cleaning service of any sort and WOW! I will now be adding this to a monthly schedule!!! Outstanding work.

Today was the first day for the service. I must say the ladies did a good job. We appreciate their quality service.

I am providing a review for the following team that worked on our home this afternoon - Tamara, Dimitri, and Melanie.

The team showed up early which we weren't expecting but I always can welcome an early bird! They were kind, communicative, and respectful. Our home looks fantastic and they did a nice thorough job. Tamara made a point to make sure that the little things that were overlooked were handled before they left. Melanie was very personable and did a fantastic job on our kitchen. Dimitri cleaned our upstairs like a champ and everything looks wonderful.

We really appreciate everything this team did for our family/home and hope to have them back out again in a month :-)

Holli is wonderful! Always professional, on time, kind, has a fantastic personality, and my home always looks fantastic when she cleans. I know she is a wonderful asset to Buckets & Bows. She is definitely an asset to me.

Shelbie & Amy B. were punctual and did a fantastic job cleaning our home. They were detail oriented and even pointed out some trouble spots for us post cleaning. Would 10/10 recommend to my family/friends.

I thought they did a wonderful job. Much better than I expected. I am very satisfied.

They were timely, professional and courteous.
The house was sparkling clean when they left.
I even had them clean my very soiled oven and it looks like brand new.. The only thing that I saw that they missed was dusting the window hardware (where the windows go up and down ) in the master bedroom bay windows. I’ll just be sure and point that out the next time they come.

Myranda cleaned my house and it is spotless. Every speck of dust was gone and the floors and counters were glowing. Amazingly thorough job

Update 3/30/23: I signed up for follow up monthly cleanings. The first cleaning the cleaning technician Doreisha was there for 30 minutes, cleaned three rooms then left. My partner works from home and was there the entire time. She did not talk to him or give him any update before she left and then the company charged us $197. When I called this morning to ask why the rest of the house was not done and to inquire about pricing I was told that the technician left because my house was "infested" with cockroaches, even though we have not seen any sign of cochroaches, nor did they have any concerns a month before when they cleaned my whole house top to bottom. I raised this concern and was told by customer service that the rainy season likely caused roaches to enter my home. I was told that I would have to address the "infestation" (a word she made sure to repeat)...

I have never been more happy with a maid service. This is also the first time I have ever reviewed one, because they were such a standout. The pre-communication was phenomenal and Liz, Deon, Sydney and Laura were absolutely a joy. They showed up so prepared, collaborated with me really well and the end product was great and fast! Can’t recommend enough.
