Fantastic job of top-to-bottom cleaning. We hadn't noticed how much build up of dust occurred in some places and what day-to-day use does to a place. Kitchen is truly shiny-clean for example.

Staff is friendly, and they do their best to accommodate your schedule as needed. The employees are courteous and respectful. The reason I only gave them four stars is this. Maybe it’s my level of OCD, but the finished product never lives up to my expectations. There’s are always things that get overlooked. I’m not always at the house when they’re cleaning so I obviously miss the opportunity of checking everything before the cleaners leave, but I don’t think I should have to do that. I want them to just come in and do a complete job. If it were my teenagers doing the work I would definitely have to follow up on it-ha ha.

Anyways, some examples of issues I’ve had:
despite leaving a written note AND verbally asking them to replace bags in all trash cans when they are emptied -they do not.
Leaving area rugs from various rooms in a heap because they were moved...

What a wonderful way to kick off summer break! We are so happy we got the top to bottom clean done today. The ladies showed up with buckets in hand, along with everything they needed to completely get our home spotless and wipe away the dirt and grime from a long year of being indoors so much. We were very said when our regular cleaning tech, Stephanie, left. But now we have Rebekah R, and she's really good as well. She is punctual, thorough and detailed. The bathrooms and kitchen are always spotless (and we cook - a lot!). She remembers our preferences and notates them in her big book. We are very happy with Buckets and Bows, and with Rebekah.

I have been using Buckets and Bows Service on a regular basis for several months now. Bethanie has visited my house twice now and is absolutely wonderful! Bethanie is extremely polite, flexible with needs, and works her tail off from the moment she steps inside the house. Thank you Bethanie for being so awesome!

Angelina came today to do my monthly cleaning. She was polite and did a great job and even my manic dog who attacked her vacuum didnt scare her.

We just switched to B&B and they are great.! We had our first cleaning today and Beverly and Dimitriy were very thorough and professional. We look forward to using them a long time.

Fantastic service. I'm absolutely terrible at cleaning and the team that came in was great. It was a giant stress relief to know my apartment was absolutely the cleanest it's been since I've moved in and the cleaners didn't even blink at me trying my best not to hover.
