Buckets & Bows Maid Service

Nikki did a totally thorough job. The house feels and smells so clean. I asked her to clean all the cabinet faces in the house. She did a beautiful job.

So far we have had two different ladies clean for us and both have been extra special. They work very hard, never slow down and do everything that is asked of them.

We consider ourselves very fortunate to have such great service.

Jodi and Shelbie cleaned my home today. They were respectful to my property.
They were kind and helpful with the things I asked of them. I hope to have them back soon for regular cleaning.

It was so, so nice to come home to a sparkling clean house. My previous service closed so its been a while since I arrived home to a clean home. Such a great job. I'm glad I found Buckets & Bows. I look forward to the next cleaning.

We had the top-to-bottom cleaning done yesterday. Our home was in pretty good condition but were in need of a more thorough cleaning. Shelbie, Alondra, and Yessica were amazing and professional! The attention to detail was incredible. Our house looks like it did when we first moved in. My husband couldn’t believe it when he came home from work. We will definitely use Buckets and Bows again.

We have been using Buckets&Bows for a couple months and love all the hard work Emily does, having a shedding fur-baby in the summer months, really all year can be a mess and Emily is awesome at making our home look and feel so clean! Our pup loves Emily too and my husband and I love being able to come home and relax! Thanks B&B and thanks Emily!!!

Amazing service. Nicole, our tech, was personable, very hard working and efficient. She is thoughtful and considerate and was not satisfied until she did more than I expected or asked of her. If the rest of your staff is anywhere near as good and thorough as Nicole, you are very firtunate

Fantastic job of top-to-bottom cleaning. We hadn't noticed how much build up of dust occurred in some places and what day-to-day use does to a place. Kitchen is truly shiny-clean for example.

Staff is friendly, and they do their best to accommodate your schedule as needed. The employees are courteous and respectful. The reason I only gave them four stars is this. Maybe it’s my level of OCD, but the finished product never lives up to my expectations. There’s are always things that get overlooked. I’m not always at the house when they’re cleaning so I obviously miss the opportunity of checking everything before the cleaners leave, but I don’t think I should have to do that. I want them to just come in and do a complete job. If it were my teenagers doing the work I would definitely have to follow up on it-ha ha.

Anyways, some examples of issues I’ve had:
despite leaving a written note AND verbally asking them to replace bags in all trash cans when they are emptied -they do not.
Leaving area rugs from various rooms in a heap because they were moved...

What a wonderful way to kick off summer break! We are so happy we got the top to bottom clean done today. The ladies showed up with buckets in hand, along with everything they needed to completely get our home spotless and wipe away the dirt and grime from a long year of being indoors so much. We were very said when our regular cleaning tech, Stephanie, left. But now we have Rebekah R, and she's really good as well. She is punctual, thorough and detailed. The bathrooms and kitchen are always spotless (and we cook - a lot!). She remembers our preferences and notates them in her big book. We are very happy with Buckets and Bows, and with Rebekah.

I have only praise for the top to bottom cleaning I got this week from Buckets and Bows. The 3 ladies, Kay, Shelbie and Shanna, worked hard to get my house super clean for my company that’s coming! Thanks, Team B&B!
