Overall good job. On time, good attention to detail but missed a little bit on the floors. Some dust and dirt on the edges of kitchen floor suggests a bit of a rush. For this reason only 4 stars but will use again.

Kay and Melanie came over for our first deep clean and were both wonderful! Our kitchen sink was so shiny! It smelled great when I walked in the door.
Jessica came over for our standard cleaning and the bath tub looks great!
My biggest concern other than floors and all the touch points being cleaned well was having thorough dusting because my husband and I both have different levels of dust allergies and you are able to request wet dusting.

Clean and professional staff go to work and make everything fresh and clean!
I’m not a gifted nor domestically inclined housekeeper!
My spirits are lifted!

UPDATE: I’ve been with this cleaning service for several months now and continue to be impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism. I’ve had several different technicians and they have all done a great job for me. Today I was blown away be Desi! She took such care and time in our home. Especially on my “hot spot” areas that I am very particular about (bathroom, kitchen, floors) I mean this lady is someone I want to have on my home every single time! In fact, I put in a call and requested her as a regular technician for me! The company bends over backwards to accommodate the client - something you don’t see very often. And I always get a quality service call back after a visit - “was everything okay and did I have feedback to share!” They seem to genuinely want to know how they can be better! TyAngela, Macey, Yazmyh, and Olivia were all very nice, friendly, efficient, and did a fantastic job! They were all such a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be using Buckets and Bows again!
