Buckets & Bows Maid Service

This mama was at the end of my rope, my house was a MESS and I was desperate for help. I saw buckets and bows in a google search and I sent an e-mail. They sent over an estimate for a deep clean and I could NOT get my card out fast enough! The service was easy to book. The team of four: Tamara, Jessica, Shelby, & Liz were a JOY to have in my home; highly professional, very friendly, knowledgeable, excellent at their jobs!

When I say my house is IMPECCABLE…believe. I was literally crying happy tears when they left because I finally felt like I could BREATHE again! I’m going to soak up the next two hours before my kids get home and destroy everything. At this point though I don’t even care because I finally have cleaning help I can trust to do an incredible job.

As far as I’m concerned, they have a lifetime...

I am so thankful to have found Buckets and Bows! I have been searching for a great and consistently reliable cleaning service for years and had almost given up on finding one. I hired Buckets and Bows to do a deep clean of my house in June. They did the best job for the money of any service we used in the past. I have since had them do regular biweekly cleanings and it's like a dream come true. My home is clean and smells so nice after they are here! I have found customer service to be excellent, too. Highly recommend!

While I keep my home clean I wanted a concentrated/deep clean prior to the holidays. Ashley, Liz and Yazmin came out and did a fabulous job. Not a spot missed! Thanks so much and looking forward to starting my regular service.

Just had our second cleaning with Buckets and Bows. Trudy came out and she was AMAZING!!!! Super personable and communicative and trustworthy. It is apparent that she has kept her own house well and takes personal pride in her work. She has an eye for detail. We have moved a bunch and this is hands down the best house cleaning we have ever had. Thank you!

I have not previously hired a cleaning service to clean my home and I was so happy that I did this past week. Buckets and Bows really delivered everything they promised. My cleaning person arrived on time. She wore a face mask as I requested. She worked efficiently and with fantastic attention to detail. She left my home in a state of glorious spotlessness. There are three cats here so keeping on top of cleaning is challenging for me. When my Buckets and Bows cleaning person was finished with my home the only evidence there was of three cats living here were the litterbox and the cats themselves! My cleaning person performed every duty I expected and she took the time to clean everything thoroughly. On top of all that she was very pleasant to interact with! I highly recommend Buckets and Bows to anyone who is looking for a cleaning service, and I will definitely be adding this service...

The current team leader, Megan, is always cheerful and accommodating. She does special little touches like folding throw blankets into a pocket shape and putting a seal or fold on the tp as in a luxury hotel. She also arranges items in their place but in a prettier way. Add to that both Lauren and Megan's attention to detail with clean-as-a-whistle floors and bathrooms, gleaming granite, vacuuming that leaves those nice "V's", all with a smile and you have the reason I'm a long term and happy customer!

I really appreciated the patience of the 3 lady’s Alexis, Amy, & Kay; that provided excellent cleaning service to my home. I am selling and scheduled the top to bottom cleaning as required for closing. Unfortunately I got my days mixed up and was notified that they were waiting on me.. I was about 20-30 min late, but they kept it professional, and delivered service. Thank you for you taking care of what matters with limited time!

I used Buckets and Bows on October 3, 2022. Our bathrooms had been remodeled, dust was everywhere, and with a new baby on the way, I needed help! No way I could do it on my own. Shelbie, Holli, Melanie and Jessica did an amazing job. Top to bottom the house was flawless. After the clean, they walked me through each room to see if I had any questions or concerns. And the booking process was quite easy, too. I will use Buckets and Bows again if I need another deep clean!
