I really thought ~15k was enough to at least move things forward. Obviously it’s not. 2 weeks later, multiple emails and voicemail messages later and Still waiting on our final response to moving this project forward.

In addition, he is not just a boss but a humble leader, like I just mentioned, he is physically out there at the jobsite getting dirty and teaching his crew new techniques. Furthermore, he is extremely caring and works with his employees to makes sure their needs are met to the best of his ability. On top of that, he is a servant to his community and he has paid his dues time and time again. From his time serving in the USMC to just serving his community since he was a child. Finally, Adam is a great family man who puts his family before all things and I believe that is something to be honored. I’m proud to know Adam and have really enjoy our time together. Thank you Adam for giving me a job and working with me while I pursued my college education.
