We contracted with Broderick Builders to expand our back patio. We had an initial design, and Broderick helped us modify it to fit our needs. We were told the price and the timetable for completion. Both were accurate. The construction team was courteous, efficient, and relatively clean (construction projects are never clean!). John Broderick came by frequently to monitor progress and talk with us. We are incredibly pleased with the result. In fact, we spend most of our waking hours out on the patio.

I have used Broderick Builders for multiple projects including a complete kitchen revamp, master bathroom and main bathroom. Jason Broderick made great suggestions to help in the process and the final results were exactly what I was expecting with the kitchen and bathrooms. Highly recommend.

Broderick did a major remodel for me several years ago. They did a great job from start to finish. I couldn't have been happier with them. The only time they were not working was when they had to wait due to construction, for example, no work could be done while waiting for the floor finish to dry. They bill weekly and I came to really appreciate that and their bills are very detailed. You can actually monitor progress by reviewing their bills. They also watched out for my money, making good suggestions along the way where I could save. I don't believe you can find better than Broderick.

We loved Broderick Builders because they did an absolutely beautiful job on our basement remodel project. They came in and saved the project after we unknowingly hired a scam company. We had to wait a couple of months for BB to get started, but it was well worth it in the end. We especially appreciated the invoicing / weekly updates and payment schedules. The transparent accounting of the project made perfect sense. We highly recommend John Broderick and his crew for any remodeling project.

We hired Broderick to renovate the main level of our home in 2010. John and Jason were easy to consult with throughout the project and we received clear explanations of costs for both labor and materials on a regular basis. The care taken to redo the entrance to our home, convert a deck into a screened-in-porch, add a large deck, and renovate the master suite led us to hire Broderick a second time to renovate our kitchen. The craftsmen were respectful of our family’s needs and made the experience of living through renovations as pleasant as could be hoped for.

This past summer, I contacted John because repairs needed to be made to the shower in the master bathroom. It had been 10 years since Broderick had built the shower for us. John responded immediately and personally came out to the house to examine the situation. He said that Broderick would repair the problem area...

John Broderick (the owner) is very hands on. Stopped by several times to confirm all was going according to plan. His team showed up on time and when they were scheduled. We finished our remodel project on time and under budget. I highly recommend Broderick Builders.
