Broderick did a major remodel for me several years ago. They did a great job from start to finish. I couldn't have been happier with them. The only time they were not working was when they had to wait due to construction, for example, no work could be done while waiting for the floor finish to dry. They bill weekly and I came to really appreciate that and their bills are very detailed. You can actually monitor progress by reviewing their bills. We loved Broderick Builders because they did an absolutely beautiful job on our basement remodel project. They came in and saved the project after we unknowingly hired a scam company. We had to wait a couple of months for BB to get started, but it was well worth it in the end. We especially appreciated the invoicing / weekly updates and payment schedules.
