My husband had a dental emergency at the worst time possible (we are expecting a new baby any day now) and they were able to squeeze him in as a last minute NEW patient on a day they weren’t even slated to be open. Talk about going above and beyond! But it didn’t stop there, they were all so incredible accommodating and sweet.

My husband is generally an awful patient, and actually enjoyed his experience here and is looking forward to returning to have some additional work done because of the warm atmosphere.

We both felt so welcome and comfortable here and cannot express how grateful we are to have found this office! Thank you all so much!!!

First time patient and it was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I am one of those people who dreads going to the dentist and the staff at Brite Smile made my experience so pleasant I was impressed by the entire staff. Dr. Zhu is awesome she is thorough explaining every detail from from dental work needed each step and including insurance coverage information she kept me informed and prepared me every step of the way. Won't be going anywhere else for a while!!! Extremely satisfied with everything!!!

BriteSmile is great! I hadn’t been to the dentist in some time so I was a little apprehensive about my first visit with BriteSmile, but everything was fantastic! All the staff are very friendly and helpful and the doctor was very knowledge. She took her time to explain things to me and made me feel at ease during the whole appointment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Zhu is fantastic! She was thorough and explained everything clearly throughout the appointment. She was also incredibly gentle during my cleaning, which was one of the most comfortable I've ever had. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased my entire visit from when I entered the office from a receptionist to receiving my care from the dentist and assistant went well I felt my needs had been met will return in 6months for follow up.

Just this morning was my first time at BriteSmile. I was 5+ minutes late to my appointment (take note of their tiny driveway so you don't pass it like me!) and everyone was still so pleasant and accommodating. Girls at the desk were great.

Peggy the hygienist was friendly, welcoming, and thorough during her cleaning. As a new patient she asked questions to understand why I was coming in and I could tell she cares about patients' oral health and that she really takes pride in her work. She made sure to note how wonderful Dr Zhu was at what she does, gave me a quick back story, and took the time to offer notes to the dentist for a successful appointment.

This place is great! It was my first time there and from the moment I walked in everyone was extremely friendly. They were very efficient and I did not have to wait a long time. Right after I finished my paperwork, they called me in, gave me a cleaning, x rays, and checked everything. The hygienist was great and the dentist was very thorough. They both explained everything every step of the way.

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, Josephine was very friendly and helpful, making the process easy and stress-free. When I arrived at the clinic, Dr. Zhu's service was excellent, and her attitude was also very friendly and patient. Dr. Zhu took the time to explain my dental issues in a clear and concise manner, using vivid examples that made it easy for me to understand. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process, and it was obvious that she genuinely cares about her patients' well-being. I had a recent dental visit to Doctor Silvestri for a crown. I am new to the area and left a long term dentist that I was extremely pleased with. BrightSmile checked all the boxes. From the initial phone call to schedule, check insurance, etc, to the actual visit. The office staff was cordial, friendly and competent, and it was quite obvious that Dr Silvestri is an excellent Practicianer. What was most impressive was how well the team worked and interacted with both me and each other. I would highly recommend this office.

I have major dental anxiety & wanted a fresh start with a new dentist. Dr. Zhu & staff exceeded my expectations & left me feeling very comfortable to proceed with the necessary work. Dr Zhu is awesome. She actually asks if you're okay during a procedure. She's a wealth of knowledge, and seems very concerned about her patients. I would highly recommend her. If only more doctors were this pleasant.

Everyone at BriteSmile was so kind and accommodating from the moment I called for an appointment as a new patient. Josephine returned my phone call and followed up on my request to please call back if they had any cancellations for the following day for a last minute request to get in for a cleaning before my wedding after difficulties at another office. The hygienist made me feel extremely comfortable and welcome and made sure to tell me exactly what she was doing before she did it & ensured me that if I was uncomfortable she would stop to give me a minute. She was also friendly and made for great conversation which is not easy when someone is cleaning your teeth! The doctor came in at the end and she also had a calming presence. This was my first visit at BriteSmile with Dr. Zhu in Cranford and it was a great experience. This was the most in-depth dentist visit I’ve ever had and the doctor took the time to explain any problem areas she found. I’ve never had that before, I truly felt well taken care of. This is definitely going to be my permanent dental office moving forward!

I give this dentist 5 stars because I liked the work ethic of the dentist herself and Angie (the assistant dentist) it was fast and organized. They made sure to give details and let me know everything that was going on. They cleaned well and their office was nice.
