We had a wonderful experience with Brite Turf. Jonathan arrived on time and got to working on our full service request right away. Using the magnet sweep, he found 9 nails that our roofers left behind. The deep clean and disinfection left our turf looking and smelling brand new. Now, we have peace of mind bringing home our new puppy to enjoy the backyard.

Brite Turf provided excellent service from start to finish. The Sales Rep Enrique was so friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful in determining exactly what services we needed, not trying to sell me anything I didn't need. I don't normally buy from door to door sales, but he was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns about how the odor sprays we use just don't last very long. After our conversation, I was excited to try their service.

The technician Jonathon provided a thorough explanation of all of the steps he would be doing and answered all of our questions. He provided excellent service and our turf smelled so clean and fresh after he was finished.

We are excited to see how long it lasts and we plan to subscribe once we determine how often we will need this service.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Enrique blew our minds away with his attention to detail.This turf has been at least 10 years old and needed a deep clean. We weren’t sure if it was ever going to look like new again. Not only did he make it look like it was brand new, he also got rid of all the dead leaves, cobwebs, debris and all the bugs that came with it. We were so thankful for his expertise in grooming and cleaning our turf. We’re happy we found someone we trust and will definitely be going back to them every time. can be doing monthly to help us.

Friendly and personable, gave an accurate estimate compared to final cost, prompt… they do business like people who care about being in business. Oh, and absolutely a professional job.

After 5 years of having my turf, it was looking a little dull, flat and sad. I sent a request to Brite Turf and they set up an appointment right away. Enrique spent 3 long hours brushing and turf and removing all the debris that had settled in. He then sprayed it with a turf renewer and viola! It looks amazing. This company was fast, courteous and reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I waited to write this review to give it a couple days and see if the pee smell on our small patch of turf came back, but I am thrilled to say that we are still pee-smell free! I've tried all the store bought sprays and nothing seemed to work, it made me cringe watching my kids play on the small patch we have that our dog uses all day. For the first time, kids can roll around and I remain care-free!

My job was a very complicated and large job, stemming from a poor installation over 15 years ago. I tried to contact 3 or 4 turf maintenance companies, Brite Turf was the only company willing to provide an estimate, without having to pay for the estimate or even return my request for quote. When Enrique saw my job, he was hesitant, but we were able to come to an understanding that this was a very unique situation and what it would take. While Enrique did the work, he would constantly check in with me to see if I was satisfied, then we would come up with a reasonable game plan each step of the way. He was very easy to work with and addressed my concerns. I was amazed at how hard he worked, because what I was asking for was very labor intensive. At the end of the day, I feel Brite Turf provided a great service at a fair price.
