I felt overwhelmed after being away from my home for an extended period. I was so pleased with this service. The fee was reasonable, the service was thorough. The pleasant young lady went right to work, no time wasted. I felt I could trust her totally. I was in communication before, during and after the cleaning with office staff. I highly recommend Bright Touch Cleaning.

Bright Touch Cleaning is excellent. Elma is incredibly pleasant and Audrey does a fantastic job cleaning my home. Always leaving areas with a certain touch showing the extra care she puts into it.

Excellent work! The planning, scheduling, buying, and, ultimately, the execution of the service were really professional and well done. The flexibility in working around my working from home was great. The level of detail around all items stated to be cleaned is spot on. Down to the triangled toilet paper in the bathrooms, it was fantastic. I am not a slob, but even the preflight email made me do the whole clean before the cleaning thing worked out to maximize their deep first clean. I needed help finding a high-quality service provider with a good rep that I could afford. Just had my first cleaning yesterday - very happy with the service.

The team from Bright Touch Cleaning came to our new house to do a deep cleaning and we couldn’t be happier. They took their time to make sure everything was cleaned well and showed us their progress and noted what was done. The team was kind and professional and even gave me some tips for cleaning our new hardwood floors. We can’t thank them enough for cleaning the spots we haven’t had a chance to and leaving the house smelling amazing! Thank you!!!

Hard + dedicated worker - Sean, today. In my physical health, it literally couldn't have been done at all - which would've been disaster with my 20 years estranged daughter visiting, as mentioned earlier. I can't think of enough good Things to say about Sean. Also, I can't imagine anyone more modest, polite, + well-mamnered. It was "only" bathroom + kitchenette; but been sick + disabled so long I forgot how dirty those 2 small rooms had gotten. In short, I can't think of any higher praises to give Sean in writing so ask that you call me so I can tell you "in person" + since I've been "out of society/since you last cleaned here last September. Bright Touch is great, and comes monthly to do routine cleaning at our home. All staff are so polite, and do a wonderful job. We do a deep clean yearly too!

Bright touch exceeded not only my expectations but those of my wife as well. I can not recommend them highly enough. They were less expensive than the competition but the quality was not lacking. We had a 6 month build up of dust and construction in our house. They crushed it. If you are serious about the job and getting it done right, call bright touch!
