Excellent work! The planning, scheduling, buying, and, ultimately, the execution of the service were really professional and well done. The flexibility in working around my working from home was great. The level of detail around all items stated to be cleaned is spot on. Down to the triangled toilet paper in the bathrooms, it was fantastic. I am not a slob, but even the preflight email made me do the whole clean before the cleaning thing worked out to maximize their deep first clean. I needed help finding a high-quality service provider with a good rep that I could afford. Hard + dedicated worker - Sean, today. In my physical health, it literally couldn't have been done at all - which would've been disaster with my 20 years estranged daughter visiting, as mentioned earlier. I can't think of enough good Things to say about Sean. Also, I can't imagine anyone more modest, polite, + well-mamnered. It was "only" bathroom + kitchenette; but been sick + disabled so long I forgot how dirty those 2 small rooms had gotten. In short, I can't think of any higher praises to give Sean in writing so ask that you call me so I can tell you "in person" + since I've been "out of society/since you last cleaned here last September. I thought Nora was very sweet. I think she did a good job, but I don't believe it was worth $60 per hour. Nothing to do with her, but I thought I would let u know this. I have friends that cannot believe the amount I paid! I should have shopped around more. I did have to go over some areas that I noticed after she left. Read more >
