My daughter just started going to Bright Imaginations about 6 months ago and overall I am satisfied, but I do feel as if the staff could be a little more organized and listen to the parents better about their child’s needs, also maybe be more observant when it comes to the children that they are taking care of on a daily basis. Other than that, staff is friendly and makes you feel welcomed.
