Brent has gone above and beyond with every single aspect to this whole home buying/ home selling process! We were move up buyers, so Brent assisted us with both selling our current home and finding the perfect new home to buy.

Brent was able to put together an AMAZING hi def video of our home which really attracted a ton of potential buyers. His team of photographers and videographers really did a fantastic job and everything was done in such a professional manner. He was even able to sponsor the video on social media sites, which ended up getting THOUSANDS of views. So we ended up with 15-20 tours on our house, multiple offers, ALL over asking price!

When looking for our new dream home to buy, we were outbid multiple times because it is a crazy market currently. We put bids on multiple houses for sale, all in the same neighborhood, because we were set on that neighborhood. After being outbid a few times, Brent was able to get the down-low on an upcoming house in that same neighborhood. We were able to put in an ACCEPTED offer on it before it even hit the market!
