Brent is incredible at assisting first time homebuyers. In the Chico market that is incredibly competitive, Brent would call me with updates on our offers saying that we were outbid which is often the case right now, but he would have three potential ways for us to change our offer so that it would be accept. Brent has excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills that allowed us to buy a house $10k under asking in a market that was averaging $10k OVER asking. He taught us that an offer isn’t just the price, there are other terms included that can make you get accepted, and Brent does his research to know what the seller is looking for.
