We have been using SoTellUs's AI Receptionist for a few months now. And, I have to say that I am very happy with not just Sarah, our AI Receptionist, but very happy with the customer service. They built our receptionist which was great. But what I really appreciate is that when I find things that I need her to be retrained on, they make it happen quickly. FYI - If you are going to build an AI Receptionist plan on giving a lot of information about your company to the SoTellUs team so that your receptionist can handle all the questions that your leads, customers, applicants and employees ask. And, be prepared to test her out to find the areas that need retraining. If you don't do this, you won't have a solid AI receptionist. But, if you do, she will do a great job answering your calls.
