Brain Balance

We enrolled our twin boys in brain balance 6 months ago. ( they both just graduated the program). We were looking for something that could help them find their true potential and hopefully help them over come some educational road blocks with out medication. Brain Balance definitely has help them with focus, self confidence, self control, self awareness and so many other things. We are so grateful for the amazing team of coaches and others at brain balance south jordan. Thank you so much for helping our boys.

If you’re looking for help for your child I highly recommend Brain Balance!! It was an answer to so many prayers. My son loved it and he’s a different kid since completing the program. I will always be obsessed with this program and am forever thankful for everyone who helped my son throughout the program!

Brain Balance changed our son’s life. He was struggling to navigate really big emotions and experiencing extreme responses to anxiety, fear, and changes to routine. Brain Balance helped him form more direct pathways in his brain to understand and navigate the world around him. In just 3 months he learned these new skills and is a more confident, brave, bold little human taking on new challenges with excitement and enthusiasm and we haven’t had a single anxiety attack since completing the program. He also really loved going and the coaches were amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone seeking a more positive and permanent solution for their kiddo that doesn’t require therapy or medication.

My son Zion had a wonderful experience at this location. Friendly staff, great coaches, etc. He has really improved with his schoolwork and we are seeing improvement elsewhere too.

Our coaches Kylie and Rose were amazing! We did the virtual program and saw awesome results with my 6 year old! Even his teachers at school can't believe the difference. They were so easy to work with and communicate with. I can't thank them enough for helping us on the path to development for our little guy!

You will never regret taking your child to Brain Balance. The insights we received about our son have fundamentally changed the way we parent. The changes were almost immediate. The staff at this center are fantastic and so helpful. They truly get to know and love your child. I would highly recommend that all parents looking into this program read Disconnected Kids prior to. It will really help you understand what you're signing your kids and family up for.

The Brain Balance program has helped my son who was very oppositional no matter what you said or did. He is now more pleasant, more interactive with others and much happier in general. These changes have helped improve his relationships. My daughter is also doing the program to help her be able to deal with feeling anxious about things and not have things feel so big and overwhelming. She has already made a lot of progress half way through her program. We have done the in-center and virtual programs. The coaches are awesome and so helpful and motivating. This program helps strengthen your weaker side of the brain so that you can find your full potential.

My son just started brain balance and I've honestly seen such a difference in the little things like potty training!

I can not express how grateful I am to have found this place. We have been struggling for years to help my son self regulate his emotions and temper tantrums. We tried the pediatrician, chiropractor, gentle parenting, online courses and nothing was having a lasting effect. Many tears were shed. I remembered a radio add for Brain balance and got an assessment done. It was an answer to our prayers. The staff is so incredibly supportive, patient, and kind. We enrolled in the 24 week online program and are currently on week 15 and the change has been incredible. Although the cost is high it is worth it as it is giving us life long results. We went from 5-6 tantrums a day to 5-6 per week and sometimes less. It’s is a comprehensive program that as a nurse makes total sense. We’ve been able to find things that help our other children as well. I am so grateful to find this program. Worth it!!!

My son LOVES his Brain Balance sessions! You can tell they really love and connect with the kids. Their initial analysis was right on with what my son is experiencing and struggling with. We are almost 2 months in on a 6 month program. I have seen some improvement, but can’t yet speak to if this is the answer to his struggles. If it helps, I will definitely make this 5 stars.

Super great program and team to work with!

I have had 1 child and 2 grand children attend brain balance. They have all done amazing in the program. Everyone at brain balance has been amazing and really worked to make them all feel successful and have fun.
My daughter and grandpa children made great improvements in this program, which has had a huge impact In their lives. I have recommended many other families to brain balance because we have experienced how well it works.

My 10 year old son completed a 12 week course through brain balance. He was struggling at school and at home with his ability to focus and follow through. Brain balance was so helpful to him, the staff and trainers were very upbeat and loved to help my son succeed. We would reccomend this program to anyone struggling with adhd or focusing problems. He was so sad when his 12 weeks were over and misses going to brain balance.

My son recently completed the Brain Balance program which was truly a positive experience. The coaches are the heart and soul of the program and were incredibly dedicated and passionate with helping my son reach his full potential. Their warmth and kindness made him feel welcomed and valued and excited to go to class everyday! They listened and encouraged him every step!
The program is about holistic growth and teaches you skills to continue even after the in person classes end.
It was so enlightening to learn how the fundamentals play into their emotional growth and awareness. All those fun games and things kids do (or at least used to do before smart phones) are so important to their development. It was an incredible learning and growth opportunity even for me.

This is a really great place with such great coaches. It is a fabulous program with positive incentives. They also show the progress of your child to see what you could help with more at home.

This program did amazing things for my daughter. I honestly think without it she would not have been able to start kindergarten and learn. By going through the program she now has the opportunity to effectively work through everyday challenges and not have those challenges hold her back. She is adaptable, more comfortable in new environments, is much less fearful of interactions and wants to make friends, and my relationship with her is no longer so strained. It is so fun to see her personality now whereas before she was unable to enjoy herself in most situations. I would describe her mood as anxious and depressed before she started the program. Our experience at Brain Balance was pretty great! All of the coaches are amazing! My daughter just loved working with all of them. She is always begging me to take her back to visit. We also had a great experience with the director and receptionist. I felt like they were good friends after just a few visits. So easy to talk to. This program helped my daughter come out of her room and be with the family. That is worth it, right there! She became more focused and better coordinated, learned how to be a leader and other good things. She also made some great friends in the partners she worked with. Thank you, Brain Balance!

The coach's there are amazing! And are extremely patient with my son. Whitney is amazing and always willing to work with my hectic schedule to move appointments around. And Leslee is a sweetheart! You can tell they all really care about helping your child become a better version of themselves!

My son has gone thru the program 2x. Once at age 10 and again at 16. The first time was life changing. Allowed me as a mom to really connect and help my son with a life long fix and not a band aid. The reason we did it again was because there are significant skill differences in life at these two ages. I know my son will be ok on his own now. He has friends and his temper is manageable. Recommend anyone who is tired and sad and think there's no hope. There is! It's brain balance !

Brain Balance is amazing! My child is stronger, stands taller and has experienced better focus. She doesn’t get overwhelmed with things that used to really challenge her. I recommend Brain Balance to anyone that struggles with attention and focus challenges.

We have loved working with the Staff of Brain Balance. They are kind, knowledgeable and skilled in helping kids and adults with learning difficulties. They were supportive on both good and bad days. I’m so grateful for the time spent and investment made with Brain Balance for my daughter! Her anxiety and unruly behavior has lessened tremendously! The biggest improvements were in her academics. Before Brain Balance, I noticed her lack of focus and inability to concentrate on homework and tasks in general. Her grades were slipping well below where I felt she should and could be. I started my daughter in Brain Balance at the beginning of the school year. She had joined dance class at school. She showed no fear during a school performance while in attendance at Brain Balance. I absolutely love bringing my Daughter to her appointments. She always has a good time and has learned and progressed more than I could ever have imagined. The staff has become more like family, We are so grateful to have them in our lives.

We loved our experience at Brain Balance and found huge improvements in Rue! She loved going every week and connected so well with the staff. We know there’s a road ahead but this gave us the footing to push off with!

While exploring options of how best we could help our daughter's social, emotional, and physical development, her school teacher encouraged us to consider looking at the Brain Balance program. It was simple to schedule an assessment and was reasonably priced. The results of the assessment were intriguing and validated what we had been observing and feeling for years. Our daughter is halfway through the 6-month program and we have witnessed amazing growth. Little wins like being able to tie her shoe, skip down the sidewalk, try new foods, and play the piano have helped to increase her confidence and seek more opportunities to try things that have been "hard" for her. Not to mention that her handwriting is phenomenal now! We are looking forward to her continued growth and are grateful for the coaches and leaders at Brain Balance who are committed to her success.

Phenomenal help! A unique approach this center offers. My daughter struggled her whole life- failing everything in school, social development, behavior, even physical activity. We had her psychoanalyzed twice and tested for everything. We were told she had ADHD and a slight processing disorder. As she got older this lead to depression and we noticed a long list of debilitating sensory issues. We enrolled her in Brain Balance as a last resort in March 2017 for a 6 month program.Today, well past a year from graduating, my child is 17 yo, some issues are gone and some hugely reduced to the point she is passing school and was asked to the "popular kids" table at lunch. We finally feel like she can be a functioning adult. She has been off her ADHD medicine for the last few months with no issues. Consistency is key. BOTH PARENTS (and even extended family) HAVE TO WORK TOGETHER....
