Our experience was 10/10, would recommend! We were a bit hesitant to do this because of the price but it was recommended to us by my husband's therapist at the time. Then we found out we have a distant family member that had a child that did the program and then found one more family that someone else in the family knew. We decided to take the plunge and are forever grateful we did! We know nothing is a 100 percent fix all but we went into it with the mindset that if it helped our child even 50 percent, it would be worth it. It was even better than 50 percent! This program is not for the faint of heart though, this was one of the most challenging things we have ever done as a family. You and your child have to put in the work and it is important to follow the program recommendations on changes that need to be made on screen time and diet. There is a reason for this, a method to the madness if you will! Trust the process and they have plenty of check-ins where you get to see your child's growth in areas. They don't ask for perfection but do your best and you will not be disappointed. We completed the program in 2020, while I child was about to finish elementary school with the last few years being placed on an IEP and put in a special education classroom because of difficulties with emotional regulation being the main challenge. By the end of that school year they decided she might be ready to go back to general education for middle school. She still needed special education for math as it was her strongest subject but was still struggling with emotional regulation in that class. Our child is about to finish sophomore year in a college prep high school and is in all general education classes again! Things aren't perfect of course, she is still on an IEP but things are so much more manageable for her now and BB if Edwardsville is the stepping stone that helped her get here! There aren't and BB programs where we are now, as we had to move to NM, but we still talk it to people, especially with us being around the military and moving all the time. We still think about the team we worked with and how kind and caring they were. They really put their all into it and you can tell how much they care and believe in what they are doing. When we would be having a rough day, they would always say, "This is what we do! This is why we are here!"
