I am very pleased and fortunate that I came across James's Teacher Enterpreneur Network on Facebook. I read his advertisements and posts with a lot of enthusiasm and do you know why? Because I had the feeling that he talked about me, he talked about my problems and offered solutions exactly the way I wished for. It seemed that he had known me for some time, and he wanted to help me, that is why he talked to me.
I have been an ESL, EFL etc... teacher for a long time and I believe I have been a successful teacher. My students have always been satisfied with me, they liked my teaching methods, my approaches and I managed to help them pass their tests, be successful at their job interviews and hereby find better jobs, but I never dared to charge too much for my lessons, because I was afraid of losing my potential students even if I heard before: "the more you charge the more you are appreciated".
After thinking for some time and seeing James' advertisements on Facebook time after time, I decided to take the Challenge as I believed that the course would help me overcome my own limitations.
I can tell that the Challenge was great!!
James helped me to see myself through different eyes. After the Challenge I managed to build self-confidence as a teacher and now I know what I really worth and will not be shy anymore when it comes to talking about my course fees.
The Challenge helped me get an insight into the most important marketing and sales procedures. James' explanations were crystal clear and very practical. I could hardly wait for the next days' videos as I wanted to learn more and more.
At the moment I do not have new students yet, mostly because of some technical issues on one of the social media platforms, but now I have the knowledge and confidence and I believe that if I follow all the steps James recommended I will have students who do not mind paying the real value for my lessons and programs.
This has been the greatest Challenge ever!
I feel the power!!!
Another benefit of the Challenge was that I met a lot of other teachers who had similar problems like mine. James encouraged us to help each other with comments, suggestions and in many other ways to start our teacher-entrepreneur journey. This way, I believe, the people in the Challenge became a team and this was a good feeling.
I also hope that James' last day video was not a final goodbye and his course will be continued. I would like to learn a lot more from him and I know that I am not alone with that.
Thank you James and I hope to see you again in another course soon.
