I love everything about this place. I can get my spine aligned, and then get the knots in my shoulders worked out. I lost 70 lbs in 7 months on their Ideal Protein program and now am striving for my fitness goals with their Premier Fitness studio - Ideal Bodies. After a great workout, I go into their infrared sauna which is available to clients of Ideal Protein and Ideal Bodies. It's like a one stop wellness stop!!

Bothell Chiropractic and Wellness exemplifies the best characteristics of Bothell, a small town with high quality resources. Dr. Dubois and her staff are there help and work with you. They meet you where you are at and listen to what your body and mind tell them. The staff is skilled and varied. The variation is a good thing, because I have learned that your body responds to different people and treatment styles differently. Bottom-line, if your back is hurting and you aren't sure what to do, give them a try. You won't be disappointed! My appreciation goes out to all the staff at BCW

I started seeing Dr. Dubois years ago when she was a chiropractor for Kauffman chiropractic. I hadn't been to a chiropractor ever before and was finally convinced to go by the girlfriend. I had neck pain so severe I had simply given up on turning my head to the left, I would simply twist my whole body instead. Dusty reviewed my X-rays and during the first session made my neck feel incredibly better. I had spent so much energy just trying to maintain that once my neck actually felt good I was genuinely cheerful for the first time in years. Everyone noticed, even people I interacted with only occasionally at work noticed. The difference really was night and day. When Dusty opened her own practice I followed her there instead of staying with the old one.
