I've been usnig Lucy for almost two years now, in two different apartments. She and her team do an excellent job and the level of service has always been consisent. Lucy is detail oriented and always points out little things she notices for me to bring up to the landlord (e.g., a leaky sink drain, a water stain on a ceiling), in case it went unnoticed.They are flexible if you need changes to the days/times, as well as, what specific services you need that visit. Highly recommend!

Lucy and her team are the people you want to clean your house. We asked Lucy to start cleaning our condo once/month, which started with a one-time deep cleaning. Before the cleaning, she came over to ask us detailed questions about our expectations and what kinds of cleaners were acceptable to us. It was clear from that first meeting that she cares deeply about her customers and their needs.

The deep cleaning went great--she made our place look like it was brand new. We've been working together for a few months now, and Lucy and her team deliver excellent cleaning each time. Something that I really appreciate about Lucy is that she checks in with me periodically to make sure I'm still satisfied with the cleaning. Also - if I ask a question, she is prompt and professional with an informed response. I think we'll be using Lucy's services for a long time!
