This was a fairly simple process and all the people I spoke with were very helpful, courtesy and polite.

Took a trip to Cabo San Lucas thru Book VIP and it was one of if not the best vacations I have ever taken. Everyone was very nice, very thorough and everything went so smooth. Have another trip planned to Cancun this October so hopefully things go as smooth as last time!
