The trip was great and all the folks at Westgate were super nice. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 stars is that they have a time share there and they are relentless - also if anyone is offering a sample - just say no - it's the same type of thing. Here's a little free packet and then - hey come let me do a facial thing and sell you 200 dollar eye cream. We had a great time but I was definitely ready to go home by the end of our 4 day stay. It was exhausting constantly having to run the gauntlet of people trying to sell us stuff. Still super gratefull to book.vip for making it easy

The resort was clean and the staff was very friendly. There was plenty for the kids to do. They especially enjoyed the pool and arcade room. We can't wait to go back!
