It's all true, a 2 hour presentation for a "Loyolty Program" its annoying but worth the discounted price.....Value for what we got was unmatched! Just do it!! The only issues I have were none of the customer service reps speak great English, go figure, and once we arrived at the resort, it was not clear when we had to participate in yhe presentation....they eventually called our room on day 2 to set up presentation for day 3.....other than that, I have no complaints!
