They walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. I received updates regularly before, during and after our stay that kept me informed and were very helpful.

The Fives Beach Hotel & Residences was a nice place for our first vacation post Covid. The transportation to and from the resort, that was included in our package, was top notch!- private and luxury vehicle. We had a little glitch at check in, having to wait more than 35 minutes to be helped, but the champagne was a nice touch! They upgraded us to a one bedroom suite but it was in need of significant repair. The resort grounds and pools, along with beach access was wonderful! The restaurants staff were inviting and the food was good. We had exceptional service at The Sea Olive restaurant. Nightly entertainment was great. I haven’t danced that much in years! The timeshare presentation was below standard. It was rescheduled twice and because we were taken off sight, it lasted much longer than two hours. Overall we enjoyed this great value resort and vacation experience.

The best tropical vacation I ever had. Mayan Riviera is gorgeous and the resort is top notch with excellent service, fantastic staffs, fabulous and delicious room service meals and restaurant. Many attractions and thing to do here that you don't really need to be out of the resort. The beach is beautiful as well. Will return !!♥️♥️♥️
