The tiny items that I think were overlooked were nothing compared to the over the top, all around clean! And to top it off-no harsh smells! This was our first clean. We will continue with bi-weekly! I appreciate how attentive the Owner Nickie is! After my first clean, she came and saw my house just to make sure everything was up to her standard. Also, my cleaner Jane'a who has been at my house twice now, is honest and very polite. She accidently broke something at my home, told me right away and Nickie asked immediatly what can be done to cover the cost of said item.
