Black Diamond did an amazing job cleaning our carpets and bathroom tile. Nolan is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He inspected all the rooms first and thoroughly explained what he would be doing in each room. I highly recommend Black Diamond for your cleaning needs.

Black diamond once again came to my rescue! Even though there was some after hour charges it was well worth it Thank you so much Nolan!! I do believe you saved the carpet and the flooring!! My office was flooded from a hose that was left on overnight, somehow water seeped in through the house and covered the whole floor of my office and my brother's living quarters 🥺 Brothers living quarters.
I called and within a few hours Black diamond services was at my door gave an estimate and started set up fans afterwards!! Not all companies can give you the same day service This was an emergency and they were there for me Thank you Black Diamond!!!!

Black Diamond Services was prompt, courteous and thorough. I was not urged to purchase services I didn't want or need. The tech was honest, and was thoughtful and careful with our home. I will use their services in the future.

This company was super responsive and all of my questions were answered thoroughly before I booked the appointment. Between 3 kids and 3 dogs, our carpet was an absolute disaster! Thanks to Black Diamond Services the carpet on our stairs and upstairs loft look AND smell amazing! Our tech was very knowledgeable and exceeded our expectations! Very professional service and courteous!

We have had them once before and were happy with the service. This time Nolan the owner came and did 3 rooms tile. The grout was awful used to be white lol, he did a wonderful job grout looks beautiful and he put a sealer on to. We couldn’t be happier nice young man personable and professional, would absolutely recommend them.

Noland was great. The appointment app informed me every step of the way. He arrived on time, his cleaning equipment is top notch and he was very deliberate in preparing the house to prevent damage. His process was thorough and the results were very good. He did a particularly good job in cleaning the steps making the carpet look very clean. High recommend his services. He will not disappoint.
