I contacted Black Diamond a couple of months ago as I’ve heard great things about them, and have an older carpet…and pets.😑
Nolan came to my home for the estimate (within a day), and said he was available later that day to clean the carpet (wow, service!!). He was super nice and professional, explained everything in detail (the different products available, etc.), and did the most amazing job on the carpet. I couldn’t believe how clean it looked, and the stains and bad odors were gone, yay! He really took his time, and I could tell he is driven to do the best quality job possible. I highly (!!) recommend Black Diamond, and will definitely be calling again to have my grout cleaned (won’t be needing carpet cleaning again as I’m going to replace it with vinyl plank flooring👍🏻)

Nolan was very knowledgeable and thorough about the carpet cleaning he did for us the other day. He took his time, explained the process and the products he used, asked us about our concerns, and then talked about what he did when he completed the service. Overall, great service! We are very happy with the results! Also, very positive and friendly interaction for booking the appointment and asking questions on the phone to start off, I really appreciate that! Wow! The carpets look amazing and the technician was so incredibly helpful. He assessed the rooms and gave me his honest opinion about my best options and ended up cutting my initial quote in half with his diligence. I would recommend this service to everyone and will be using them for any carpet cleaning needs in the future!

After my Seller’s furniture was removed I discovered dark stains and rusty colored marks on carpets in different rooms. The carpet was over 15yrs old but superior quality. I was hoping desperately that it could be cleaned.

Black Diamond was recommended by the Seller’s housekeeper.
I left a message on Thursday at 5:15pm (after their official office hours). I received a call back at 6:15pm from a lovely young lady who set me up for a 8:30am carpet cleaning on Monday.
At 6:45 I received another call, this time from the owner, making sure that my call had been dealt with.

8:00am Monday the tech called to say he was on his way and to make sure that I had no additional special requests or concerns.

I received a text when everything was completed. Invoice was...

We had one of our rental units cleaned by Black Diamond Services-they did a great job! The carpet came out super clean, stains removed and the entire home smelled fresh.

Customer service was super! They are easy to work with fir estimates and scheduling. Their technician was equally professional and nice.

They are not the cheapest, but worth it for quality, value and service.

I don't EVER leave reviews, but I'm going to for this company. The technician, Adam, that came to clean my area rugs did a superior job. I had them cleaned by another company a year or so ago, and what a difference between the two on the quality of service when he was done cleaning them. They look great!!! Very friendly and professional service. I will definitely use this company again!
