Can’t recommend highly enough. Had carpets in a couple of rooms that had spots from before my daughter moved in. Expecting a new baby, she wanted to clean and deodorizer before the baby came. Reasonable and quite thorough! Will have them again soon.

We hired Black Diamond to clean our tile and grout, Nolan came to give us an estimate and mentioned that he could also clean the carpets. We had already decided we needed to replace the carpets after 6 kids, softball and whatever else got tracked into the house! We gave Nolan a chance with the carpets. I think he spent half the day at our house and after he was done my wife and I went all through the house checking the carpet and WOW! They look great! He really did a great job!! Probably saved us from replacing the carpet. We have had 2 other companies here to clean the carpet within the last 8 years, none could hold a candle to his work! I highly recommend Black Diamond Cleaning Services and Nolan!! Thank you very much!!!!

This business is GREAT. From the start he was friendly, quick, and the service provided was phenomenal. I’ve had my carpets cleaned by other companies and there has always been little spots here and there that don’t come up but Black Diamond was able to get them up! I was very pleasantly surprised and thankful. I called Monday and was able to get my carpets cleaned the next day- they do free estimates and at the end of the service he gives you a bottle of spot cleaner in case any spills happen later! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again!

If you're looking for great and quality service, use black diamond services. I called them in the morning for carpet cleaning service, came in the afternoon gave me an estimate and finished the job the same day- made my carpet looked brand new. Great guy and very professional.

Was very impressed with this company. Got my carpets and couches cleaned, and he did such a good job that I couldn't post this review for him fast enough! My carpets had some dog vomit on them and even though I tried cleaning with the spot bot they were quickly getting rather stinky. I contacted this company and got a same day response. By the next day, he came over and gave me a quote, and the next day we were cleaning! My couches were pretty bad with dog hair and he worked DILIGENTLY to get it all out. I felt that he was very polite and honest. He used fans and a nifty plastic door to speed up drying time in the cold rainy weather, and plastic protectors for the wall corners. By the time he left the carpets were almost dry!! If you need your carpets/ couches cleaned go with Black Diamond Services!

I am beyond excited and grateful to Nolan, not only for his professional work ethic but working so hard to get the nail polish out of my carpet..
My granddaughter opened nail polish over 2 years ago and stained my carpet... I have always kept a throw rug over the top of it to cover it up... Nolan worked on it for almost 30 minutes.
It is ALL gone... I can’t believe it. My carpet looks brand new... I was only expecting to get my carpet cleaned, but Nolan went above and beyond what I thought was impossible...

We had a very dark stain on some new carpeting, I was resigned to the idea that the carpet in that room would need to be replaced, it was that bad! I contacted Black Diamond the next morning and they got right back to me. The owner showed up that afternoon and worked several hours on the affected area and managed to remove an impossible stain. Very professional, very neat, and careful not to mark up any paintwork or walls on the stairwell. Excellent results, will definitely recommend!

Nolan (the owner) did a great job cleaning our carpets on the house we just purchased! But beyond the quality of his work, he is very attentive. I initially called on a Monday evening, he gave me a free estimate Tuesday morning, and he did the work Wednesday morning. Very satisfied and will use him again!
