Black Diamond Services did a great job for us, they were prompt, courteous and very professional, I’ll definitely use them again.

Nolan used to strive for excellence at another carpet cleaning company that I worked with him at. He would ensure the jobs he worked were done right and the customer was always happy.

Now that he has his creative freedom from micromanagement, he can really take out the competition.

I had him clean my car upholstery and carpet with some pet stains and sure enough he did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Black Diamond Services for all your floor and upholstery cleaning and maintaining. They will not let you down.

I was lucky they had an opening and fit me in their schedule same day! Very professional and curtious service. Very honest when telling us the options for our 17 year old carpets with pet stains. They did a fantastic job. The carpet needed a good cleaning from normal wear. it smells so fresh and clean. They were professional, friendly and timely. I highly recommend.

I called Black Diamond super last minute on a huge problem I had with my dryer vent. I had stopped using my dryer so I needed them out ASAP.
Not only were they very courteous, fit me into their schedule but they also did a great job when they arrived. They were on time , explained everything they needed to do, worked efficiently, and even hooked my dryer back up for me.
I couldn’t of asked for better service. I will definitely be calling them in the future for move out / move in services when we move.

We had Black Diamond Services clean our rental top to bottom when we moved out. The house is old and the carpet in poor condition when we moved in four years ago. They did a fantastic Job cleaning out the house and taking care of the carpets. The carpets look fantastic and the house is Significantly cleaner than when we moved in. They were on time and their team was extremely friendly. Hoping to be able to refer lots of business to them in the future. Highly recommended.

Called for a quote, came out same day. Was competing against well known company and was very competitive in pricing however was much more detailed in the methods he would use to remove pet stains and grime from the tile. Great job overall, delivered as promised, will use again.

We had our home and office carpets cleaned by Black Diamond Services. Black Diamond is extremely thorough, very professional and honest, and our carpets look like brand new. Had them out today to clean 3bed an living room I was so pleased my carpets look beautiful an stain free an they were a mess thanks to my old dog who dosent always make it outside ..
