Scheduled appointment was pushed back due unavoidable circumstances on their end. But arrived when promised and was sent plenty of updates along the way. Professional and courteous along with great service. Carpets look and smell great. Even though the work took them into the early evening, it was done 100% correct. Will use them again without hesitation.

Team came in on short notice and did a miraculous job on my carpets, including getting out pet odors from a previous owner. Then they made my tile look brand new, we had no idea the grout was actually beige! And they took care of the dryer vents that I don’t think had been cleaned out in years. Great service, great work performed, excellent trustworthy people. I plan to use them again.

I have used this service many times for both annual carpet cleaning and annual deep cleaning of my household plus a detailed move-out clean. They are a Godsend, always leaving the place better than expected. On time, or early service, great communication, and just generally friendly and kind. A real treasure of the Central Valley!

They did a awesome job getting the pet smell out of the carpet..My daughter and I are allergic to pet dander...they really deep cleaned the carpet and made it possible for us to breath in our new home.

We had our carpets and upholstery cleaned last year by Adam. He was very thorough and did great. Everything went smooth from appointment setup to billing.

I was given a couch and needed it cleaned. I contacted Black Diamond, was given an estimate. (which was excellent). I wish I would have done before and after pictures. the couch is cream color and blue, but when it was given to me, it was move of a dark cream and blue looked dull. As you can see in the photos, it is now brighter blue and creamy. They did an awesome job on the couch and the 2 pillows. He explained to me what he will be using, how he was cleaning it etc. I also had 2 area rugs cleaned also. He explained the difference on the 2 rugs I wanted clean. The job done was out standing. Was given a small bottle for any other possible cleaning I may have to do after my move or if I drop something on it. I also have a dog and the cleaning has held up. I used a different company after my more on a chair-and it wasn't anything like Black Diamond.

I get my carpets cleaned once a year and Black Diamond always does an excellent job. I have also had them clean my Master shower, so that it sparkles, after tough build up. Black Diamond is a small family run business, with great work ethic and honest quotes. I highly recommend their services.
