We had a great experience with Black Diamond for our carpet cleaning.

We had 3 rooms of carpet, 1 large room of laminate, and 3 rooms of tile done recently and they were great! I have zero complaints. Our foyer tile is black, unsealed, and rough. So basically the worst kind of tile for high traffic lol. So we really made Black Diamond work for it here! They ended up doing an acid wash on it and it worked beautifully. The employee was great, explained everything throughly, and didn’t leave until he knew for sure that the wash worked. Will definitely be using this service again when needed.

Nolan took great care of us, our dryer wasn’t working properly so he cleaned the vent out and then came back and fixed our vent at no charge because it wasn’t installed properly. Great service, highly recommended!
