Nolen did an amazing job. The carpet had been seriously neglected after about 5 years or more of not cleaning it. I’m totally shocked how clean the carpet got. It looks brand new and is at least 30 years old. I highly recommend Black Diamond as they do so much more than just steam clean the carpets.
