Ray did a very thorough job with care to protect our woodwork and furniture. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took his time. The carpets were very clean with minimal wetness. This outcome was far better than I had anticipated, having had suboptimal results last time our carpets were cleaned by another company. I would readily recommend Black Diamond and plan to use this company again for our future carpet cleaning needs.

They were able to fit me in a couple days before family came over. Two very professional gentlemen came over and were done with two rooms/scotch guard in about an hour or so. The carpet looked great and just like new. Rha k you Black Diamond Services!
