We had Black Diamond Services clean our rental top to bottom when we moved out. The house is old and the carpet in poor condition when we moved in four years ago. They did a fantastic Job cleaning out the house and taking care of the carpets. The carpets look fantastic and the house is Significantly cleaner than when we moved in. They were on time and their team was extremely friendly. Hoping to be able to refer lots of business to them in the future. Highly recommended.

Called for a quote, came out same day. Was competing against well known company and was very competitive in pricing however was much more detailed in the methods he would use to remove pet stains and grime from the tile. Great job overall, delivered as promised, will use again.

We had our home and office carpets cleaned by Black Diamond Services. Black Diamond is extremely thorough, very professional and honest, and our carpets look like brand new. We’ve had our carpets cleaned by other companies in the past, and none of their work compared to Black Diamond. We will definitely use them again for any future cleaning needs.

Had them out today to clean 3bed an living room I was so pleased my carpets look beautiful an stain free an they were a mess thanks to my old dog who dosent always make it outside .. Can’t recommend highly enough. Had carpets in a couple of rooms that had spots from before my daughter moved in. Expecting a new baby, she wanted to clean and deodorizer before the baby came. Reasonable and quite thorough! Will have them again soon.

We hired Black Diamond to clean our tile and grout, Nolan came to give us an estimate and mentioned that he could also clean the carpets. We had already decided we needed to replace the carpets after 6 kids, softball and whatever else got tracked into the house! We gave Nolan a chance with the carpets. I think he spent half the day at our house and after he was done my wife and I went all through the house checking the carpet and WOW! They look great! He really did a great job!! Probably saved us from replacing the carpet. We have had 2 other companies here to clean the carpet within the last 8 years, none could hold a candle to his work! I highly recommend Black Diamond Cleaning Services and Nolan!! Thank you very much!!!!

This business is GREAT. From the start he was friendly, quick, and the service provided was phenomenal. I’ve had my carpets cleaned by other companies and there has always been little spots here and there that don’t come up but Black Diamond was able to get them up! I was very pleasantly surprised and thankful. I called Monday and was able to get my carpets cleaned the next day- they do free estimates and at the end of the service he gives you a bottle of spot cleaner in case any spills happen later! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and I will definitely be using them again!
