BDS tech arrived right on time for a large sectional cleaning. He explained the process, gave us a time estimate on cleaning and what to expect afterwards.

The tech was pleasant, easy to talk with and knowledgeable. After he was done he again let us know about the drying process and what to do/not do.

We have used BDS for carpet cleaning in the past and will continue to do so. Great company to work with!!

Called Black Diamond services, the next day they were able to fit me in with I was extremely grateful. They came and cleaned my carpet and did an amazing job. My carpet is clean and fresh smelling. All employees were polite and explained the whole process to me. I recommend them. I will definitely have them clean my carpet again. Thank you!!
