Black Diamond came out to our home in short notice. Very professional and prices were very reasonable. Adam and Mike did a great job today. Nolan was nothing but professional. Great company that I highly recommend.

I called Black Diamond Services on short notice to clean my carpets for a post Celebration of Life gathering at our home. I called on a Monday and they were able to come as soon as Wednesday. I got a ballpark estimate over the phone, and when the technician arrived, his estimate was just a few dollars off! Adam was very polite and professional and explained the process he would be using to clean our carpet, area rug and recliner. He worked quickly and efficiently and our 25 year old carpet looks really good and clean. It’s the first time we had our carpets professionally cleaned because we’ve always cleaned them ourselves. It took a good 8 hours to completely dry in the winter, but we were fine with that. I was happy with the service and the price and I would gladly call them again in the future.

I contacted Black Diamond a couple of months ago as I’ve heard great things about them, and have an older carpet…and pets.😑
Nolan came to my home for the estimate (within a day), and said he was available later that day to clean the carpet (wow, service!!). He was super nice and professional, explained everything in detail (the different products available, etc.), and did the most amazing job on the carpet. I couldn’t believe how clean it looked, and the stains and bad odors were gone, yay! He really took his time, and I could tell he is driven to do the best quality job possible. I highly (!!) recommend Black Diamond, and will definitely be calling again to have my grout cleaned (won’t be needing carpet cleaning again as I’m going to replace it with vinyl plank flooring👍🏻)

Wow! The carpets look amazing and the technician was so incredibly helpful. He assessed the rooms and gave me his honest opinion about my best options and ended up cutting my initial quote in half with his diligence. After my Seller’s furniture was removed I discovered dark stains and rusty colored marks on carpets in different rooms. The carpet was over 15yrs old but superior quality. I was hoping desperately that it could be cleaned.

Black Diamond was recommended by the Seller’s housekeeper.
I left a message on Thursday at 5:15pm (after their official office hours). I received a call back at 6:15pm from a lovely young lady who set me up for a 8:30am carpet cleaning on Monday.
At 6:45 I received another call, this time from the owner, making sure that my call had been dealt with.

8:00am Monday the tech called to say he was on his way and to make sure that I had no additional special requests or concerns.

We had one of our rental units cleaned by Black Diamond Services-they did a great job! The carpet came out super clean, stains removed and the entire home smelled fresh.

Customer service was super! They are easy to work with fir estimates and scheduling. Their technician was equally professional and nice.

They are not the cheapest, but worth it for quality, value and service.
