As a small business, it's easy to see tech needs spike and working with a one-man shop can be a little scary if something were to happen. We interviewed three different IT companies looking to move to a outsource monthly model. Derek wand Biztek were a complete standout. No nonsense, no overselling, he understood what we needed and recommended things that made sense at a reasonable price. The two other loca, medium-sized IT companies would not even talk to us without a signed agreement for $2,000 and the other wanted something like an $8,000 audit. Derek came in and installed a program that allowed his team visibility on our system. He presented recommendation for infrastructure and services that would work for our team.
