I found out about this store about a month ago, and now have been back 3 times already. It's an amazing small store with helpful, knowledgeable people. I say small and that's a good thing. You're not in a large store waiting to be helped, or trying to locate an employee, it's one room and that's awesome. The prices and service can't be beat. I will recommend them to anyone I meet.

I really enjoy going to this place. I have been 3 times now, since I found it about a month ago. It's small and quaint, which is needed when working with computers, so you're not lost in a large store or waiting for hours until you can be served. My mom bought a laptop there and you really can't beat the prices for service or products. They are very knowledgeable, nice, considerate, and I will recommend them to anyone I know. Thank you, Anthony and TJ. You guys get me, and you rock!

Recommended by a friend of mine and as TJ and I were messaging we found out I know his dad, stepmom and many friends . I took my two computers in and TJ was very professional and obviously knew what he is doing. I trust him and will be back and also referring my friends. He was also very patient and cleared up some of the things I had downloaded when I didn't know what I was doing!

Took my custom build in to confirm a problem with my GPU and they were very helpful and allowed me to use one of their testing systems to confirm my problem component. They wouldn't accept my money even though I spent over an hour using their system and knowledge. Awesome place and met every expectation !!!

The service at Bits n Bytes Computers is always a superior service experience. The owners and employees (which is hard to tell the difference because each one truly cares about the business and the customers)!!!
Each one will treat you like family, be honest, go over and beyond in helping you, and continue to make sure your a satisfied customer — not only now but in the future too..... hard to find this level of customer service anymore!!

I went there with some concerns about my Mac laptop and they were able to solve my problems by suggesting some things I could do. Saving me money. Suggestions were exactly what I needed. My laptop is working great again! I also bought a great inexpensive HP printer there that they recommend and I love it! Was having internet problems with my century link router. Came here and was informed the century link routers are not that great to begin with. Purchase a wifi router to use with my century link router and was impressed with the new speeds. Thank you Bits n Bytes wish I would have come sooner

Over the years I have purchased several computers from Bits n' Bytes. They have ALWAYS taken excellent care of me. They have transferred all of my info from one computer to my new one and gave me a great price for a trade in on my old computer! This is a family owned business that started many many years ago and they do not have to advertise. It is all by word of mouth from happy customers. Not sure why prev review isn't here but I know it was me lol... have purchased 2 laptops over the time both still going thanks to the check-up and care they have given us discovered the lack of review because I'm heading downthere for the 3rd laptop and check-up for the other 2 :)

This small business I would give 5 stars. I have worked with them 2 times on two different things. One was online for a new router. They we're able to send it to me in the mail. This past week I had an issue with my tower. Brought it in to the store and the minute I walk in hello made me feel welcome to the business, told them the issue , said they would give me a call when they found out the issue they did with in 2 hours of me dropping it off. Amazing customer service. Went in next day. Another great welcome and explained to me what Happened to the tower. They could have said her you go .. and be on your way but they served the customer and explained the issue! Thank you for your time and customer service. Keep up the amazing work!

Good people, very nice

I had them install a new SSD into my 27" iMac. I purchased the drive on my own and backed it up so all I needed was for them to simply replace it. I went to the business but they told me I needed an additional part that is needed when upgrading to a SSD for older iMacs....I appreciated this because my computer fan would have just spun at max speed, be annoying, and break sooner without it. I also thought it was nice of them because they easily could have done the work I asked for and then charged me extra down the road for fixing what I didn't know would be an issue; however, before the work began they let me know I had a problem with my plan, showed me which part to get, and then did a great job once I gave them what they needed.

Purchased a refurbished laptop here. Excellent product at a very fair price. The laptop included the latest windows and office software and was not cluttered with software rubbish. Sales person showed me what they had, answered questions, no fuss, no muss, no pressure.
