I received great service when I went into Bits n' Bites for a problem I was having connecting my laptop to the internet. The person at the counter explained what he was doing and fixed the problem right away, no waiting involved. When I got home I was able to connect to the internet without any issues.

I’m the Director of Operations and Marketing for Friendly Auto Centers in Mesa, AZ. So when my computer screen went black and I could reboot my computer you can guess that panic began to set in quickly. I called TJ and Kenny from Bits N’ Bytes to help! So my old computer (Gertrude) couldn’t be saved, but more importantly they were able to save all my documents and hard work! My computer died. Completely black screen. I took it to the Geek Squad @ Best Buy and they wanted $159 to even look at it or I could buy a protection policy for $199. (And then I would I would have to buy parts and service) Someone told me about Bits and Bytes so I took my computer there. They quoted me $79 to open it up and check it out. They discovered it was a swollen battery. They applied the $79 to the price of the battery and a $39 fee to replace the battery and I got it back 3 days earlier than estimated. I am a happy camper!!
