Had a BIOS issue with my laptop for quite some time. Kenny at Bits N’ Bites fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Had used another service provider and they were unable to fix it after more than 3 days. Fantastic service!!!!!!!

I purchased all the parts to build a gaming computer for Christmas for my son. (Regretfully not from this store)
He put it all together but something wasn't right. We took it down to bits n bytes. And T.J. took a look at it and had it up and running while we waited. I was really anticipating he would come out and tell me it was going to take hundreds of dollars to fix it. Not the case at all.
T.J. was awesome! Very friendly, very professional, and most of all very honest!
He could have got me. Because I am completely computer illiterate. But he didn't.
5 very enthusiastic stars!
