We were very pleased with your employee--he, most importantly--fixed our multiple problems and set us up for (at least now) much more productive and less hastle in operating both our MacPros and iPhones. A lot due to, at his advice, eliminating a number of devices and panels and simplifying our operations. He was also very personable and gentle in his instruction.
