Had a situation where my printer wasn't working right. The headers were dirty and it kept the printer from working properly. I had a warranty on the printer, a Brothers 497. When dealing with the Brothers company it seemed I would get a new printer. I sent a picture of my receipt and was told I'd get a refurbished printer soon, within a couple days. I got a call back from Brothers and they stated that Brisconti wasn't a certified dealer so Brothers wouldn't honor a warranty. I called Brisconti the same day and was told they would speed to their general manager and owner and see what they could do as they were both on vacation for a few days. I followed up the following Monday and was told to bring the printer in. I did this soon and they got information from me about the printers they could inquire about the warranty. It ended up working out well!! I had a warrantied printer within a week and it works much better. Thank you Brisconti!!
